They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
