Mostly this was because of his nurse.... Very rude!! I got the feeling that she thinks she was doing me a favor. Maybe it was a bad day, but I get the feeling that is the Norm. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Recommending them to someone would be like a punishment. I wouldn't want to give them any more business! They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were quite friendly. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
