I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

No, I left confused and frustrated Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

I was very dissatisfied with Summerville Dermatology. During my visit, I felt very rushed and was under the impression that the doctor was in a hurry to be finished with the appointment. I could chalk this up to a bad day for him, but I was told he would schedule an MRI to take a look at a lump that I was concerned about. I never heard back from them about it. No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider use excessive foul language? No How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Dr. Kearse was very informative, took his time with us, and made my young daughter very comfortable. We had read negative comments online, but found our experience to be very positive and the comments completely unfounded.
