I have been doing business with Graff of Durand since 1995 when I bought my first car from them. In all this time since then, we have always received outstanding service from them if we are getting a new car or need repair work done. I will always have our repairs done there. They have a great repair crew working there and the sales people are very good helping you get the car you want.
It was a great car buying experience for me Don Lach put me into a great vechile.
We just got our 4th vehicle from them and it’s always been top notch sales. We’ve worked with Anthony Gonzalez & Dave Green and they were both great help and very friendly. We’ll be back!
Kale and Mike are so friendly and helpful. Tom Washer worked on our car again and met with us to help us with our problem. Love this place!!!
I would like to acknowledge the service folks at the Durand location. I have had several interactions with Kale ie. oil changes/service/parts and each time the customer service level increases. Completely accommodating by coming to my work to pick up and return my vehicle. Most recently, I needed a seatbelt service. Kale understood the hassle of a mom bringing in two kids and ordered the part without hesitation. Saying he would take care of it.
