Service is not worth doing business there. I’ve dealt there 40 years, Bell, Bell Dean, Graff Durand, bought dozens of cars there. Just bought a new Cruze there in August. NEVER AGAIN! Do not stand behind their products, do not appreciate loyalty or value the customer. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Or it will cost you in the long run.
I usually have my husband take care the needs of my vehicle. I had a great experience with getting my oil change. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely feel comfortable going back for my next oil change.
Highly recommend the service department at Graff.. been several times, bought two vehicles over the years and still I am treated like a new client each visit.. Just had my car serviced and Mike was a pleasure to deal with.. helpful, pleasant, explained what was needed.. no surprises.. excellent turn a round and courtesy ride if needed.. thank you, Miriam Dauer
