Just came up to the tire and lube center to get an oil change and was blown away by Jake and Dennis. Really nice guys and were an absolute pleasure to do business with and chit chat. Would highly recommend this place (especially if you get these two, you'll be dying laughing!)! Will be coming here for my oil changes from now on!!
Finally broke down and got a mom van. I will have to say this process was not fun. It was stressful and trying. I do have to say God is good and we are truly blessed for the hard Workers at Graff in Durand (Brad Benn and Melloni Diem). Thank you.
This was our first experience with Hank Graff Durand. What a different car buying experience. From the moment I first talked with Tee Davis to the moment the car was delivered tonight by Jacqueline we really felt like rock stars. This was the best service and easiest lease I’ve ever had. They really care about and value your time. I recommend them to anyone.
I'm starting to feel like they only care about getting cars off the lot. Yes I know that's the goal but going the extra mile to create great customer service isn't to far fetched. I wasn't treated horribly just a lack of caring about your customer.
I don't think I've ever been treated worse by a salesperson than I was by Steve Brown at Hank Graff in Durand I would never recommend Hank Graff in Durand to anyone in fact I will try and steer everyone I can away from Hank Graff in Durand
