Either we were blatantly lied to or the communication between the sales and finance team is very poor, and neither is acceptable. Ended up going 4,000+ miles over our lease unbeknownst to us, although I guess we should have been more thorough in reading the contract instead of assuming it would be what we agreed to with the salesman. The people at graff are friendly and welcoming! I recommend them 100%, I had a very tough situation and they did not turn me away, they sat me down gave me some options and explained everything so I understood they didn’t try and fast talk me like most dealerships I loved that!
