If you would have asked me a week ago, it would have been zero stars. After meeting with Cathy and Brad today, I feel 100% better. They listened to my concerns and believed me rather than just writing me off. I can't say the same for the service manager, but that is going to be his problem. Thank you, Cathy & Brad, for knowing what good customer service is supposed to be like - I am now a satisfied customer!

Thank you to the oil change Dept. Brandon was very nice and helpful. Can't remember the other guys name, but he was awesome too. Tom Wascher came and gave them a hand, he's my brother in law, so it was nice harassing him too. I was on my way from my home in Davison to Indiana and remembered I was overdue for my oil change. Will definitely be back, it's worth the drive. Thanks again.
Customer service when buying a new car was terrible. They care much more about their money and sales then your needs and wants. And they try and multi task with multiple customers at once, so their attention isn't even on you majority of the time. Although the body shop department is fantastic! They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to get what you need done! I never go anywhere else to get work done on my vehicles.
