Bob even brought to my attention that I had accidentally overpaid my bill with an additional $20 bill (they were new bills and stuck together) and made arrangements to refund me the overpayment. I'll definitely hire them again!

The people were kind and responsive to my request and answered my questions. They provided a clear breakdown of the estimated cost and this estimate was very similar to the final cost of the project. The professional that came to do the work was on time and courteous. He did a very nice job with the closet and did his best to clean up. The only thing that I was somewhat disappointed with was the fact that they left the garbage associated with the job. This project couldn't have been easier.. they took care of everything and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!

Serviceman got held up and didn't show on day in question. When came (next day) replaced the broken glass with plexiglass. Nice workaround, and I'm satisfied with it, but not what I expected. They did take some money off the job because of the delay.

Occaisonally our Craftsmen do get held up on previous jobs. We do our best to communicate with the customer to keep them informed and to reschedule jobs if required.

They were fantastic! Always prompt with returning calls and keeping me informed of any changes to schedule. They were professional, courteous, with top notch customer service. They hire excellent contractors who did a top notch job! I would use them again any day for any future project I need.
