My handyman did exactly what I wanted and he did it correctly. Very good service.
Overall I was satisfied but I was not sure that the charge for the materials used for the job were actually what they got them for. They could have attached a receipt showing what they paid.
The communication between Bob, Tom and I was outstanding! The amount of work I needed done in a short period of time was accomplished with time to spare! Tom was very knowledgeable and a great craftsman. The bathroom refinish was fantastic! The experience from assessment to completion was positive.

came for a caulk job with no caulk and there for wasted time. charge was many times what was quoted

We understand your frustration, however purchasing the right caulk for the job requires a visual inspection to determine the correct color and specification for each individual application. We were there for two hours including our trip to the store to purchase the caulk. We applied the caulking to your covered porch and cleaned out your dryer vent within this time frame.
