I am in the process of finishing my basement into rec. space. I have had suspended ceiling in past basements so I appreciate their flexibility. I could not find an installer! Home stores would sell the material, but they didn't have installers or knew anyone to do it. Commercial places didn't want to do residential. Finally, I found HandyMan Matters. BRAVO!! Jason went right to work to remove the old post concrete. He had the right tools for the job. He carefully aligned the gate latch on the new post and cleaned up well. My only surprise was the $50 service fee on top of their hourly rate.
Very positive experience. James was helpful in getting the bathroom countertop installed quickly in preparation of putting our home up for sale. We ran into a problem and he was able to come up with a solution. Will definitely use them again.
Jim did great work and was highly professional. He was very conscientious about the work and cleanliness of the job. My only advice would be to stay away from a price by the hour and not by the job. I felt like the craftsman was under pressure to utilize all the time that was estimated. Other bids were by the job, but I cannot guarantee that the job would've been done as well. We are very happy and satisfied with the work and quality of the job done and would definitely consider HM for future Home Improvements.
Scott was a little slow, but his work was excellent. Did not help me get rid of the boxes, but other than that, I was extremely pleased.
