Overall very good experience. The contractor showed up when they said they would and kept the cost inline with initial estimates.

Hired for a job that was estimated for 1 day by Bob to replace rotted window, rotted floor and fix a bath fan. Workman sent was a carpenter who did not know much else. Dragged work to 2.5 days. Also dishonest with hours worked. There was some extra work to be done because the wall under window was also rotted. Per policy they are to provide estimate when extra work is required. My handyman David was excellant, he showed up on time, very professional, gave me a quote and when he could do the job, again he showed up on time, did excellant workl, happy with the final outcome , he recessed a kitchen cabinet for me. I would use him again.
The job took a little longer than quoted but it probably had something to do with the type of door we ordered. I would definitely consider calling them again for any future projects.
It was pretty good. The sill that was used did not exactly match other sills on the property, but it was ok.
I had a very good experience with Greater Boston Handyman Matters. The Prop assigned to my job was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, the price was excellent, the job was completed the very next day after the Pro came over to provide a quote. I'm already having them look at other items on my "honey do" list.
