On time (early!), polite, good communication, tidy, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and found creative solutions to some unique "old house" challenges. Would definitely use again.

Arrived promptly; I liked the finished product of a custom roof under my neighbors' upstairs deck. My ideas were interpreted pretty well. The workmanship was not "top notch"--corners were not totally even -- the deck above wasn't totally square, either. Alex was also willing to fix another problem I had in the ceiling as well. Overall, I accomplished what I wanted to improve the look underneath that deck. For a reasonable price
I would recommend him to anyone the work that was requested was very well done and would use him again
