Tony has extensive knowledge on his subject and I always feel rejuvenated and ready to go for it after his massages
I can't thank Tony enough, I was recommended so I went for a sports massage (brilliant) felt like I had been unzipped, all the knots taken out and zipped up again. Felt amazing. I then pulled my hamstring which Tony helped with (after a few days felt so much better) Would recommend anyone who has a injury or just wants a really good massage well worth every penny.
I couldn't recommend Tony highly enough. He helped me immensely with a shoulder issue that was keeping me out of the gym and lifting weights, as well as causing issues with day to day things, such as putting my arm into my coat. We started off slowly and he built me a program that developed over time using resistance bands and specially formulated exercises. Tony is the ultimate professional. His studio is spotlessly clean, very easy parking just outside and Tony is intent on getting to the bottom of your massage needs. Tony was initially recommended to me by a friend when I had a problem with my shoulder. He treated it and gave me exercises to do at home - emailed with easy to follow diagrams so no excuse for shirking. I now try to go monthly for maintenance sports massages. Give it a go - you won't regret it.
I have been coming to Tony for a couple of years now for sports massages and feel brand new after every session. The best sports massage I've ever had.
