The guy was a gentleman . There really was no hard sell , and absolutely no awkwardness when i suggested one of the carpets was a little out of budget ,when we had strayed away from the original mandate . He was patient - totally open about how certain carpets would wear . There was a wealth of knowledge , delivered with a thoroughly decent manner . Highly recommended . Thank you .
