Very helpful and cooperative staff. Very professional and they know what they are doing.
Incredibly terrible service. Communal door in a set of flats is locked shut with no way of getting anyone to come out. Pretty poor when it's the only entrance and exit, talk about a fire hazard. Imagine the legal problems they would have of there was a fire. No emergence contact for this issue. Only out of hours numbers given are for gas, roofing and plumbing/general repairs. I rented two flats with Handley Gibson the last 7 years. I only have to say positive things. They are the best letting agency in Leeds and I appreciate all their help when I had issues with my flats. I will recommend them and I will happily rent again with them.
