Would give 0 if I could. Have used these guys for a number of years without any issues. Until today. I had a normal wash and clean inside and out. However one of the staff had broken my parking brake button. Before handing back my car they had been talking amongst themselves and when I went to set off I noticed the damage. Quick and efficient cleaning, although they were busy. Good job.
As I couldn’t find it ( I went down 4 different roads and still no joy) I can only give it one star, as I never had the pleasure of its use. Maybe some sign posts as sat nav was a dead loss
They need to stop hitting/tapping the cars when they need you to move forward. They are so agressive when asking you to move. Cero manners. Fix this and the service will be good and smooth.
