I've been using this place for approx 7 years and have always rated it Unfortunately no longer. The quality of the work is shoddy to say the least, many areas missed, wheels still dirty and the car not dried well at all. The price is ridiculous, £18 for the outside? Seriously? I own a regular sized car! I can drive to Letchworth, get a proper job done, drive back and it's still cheaper. I won't be going back anymore. Now I know why it wasn't busy.
Much better than last time I went. Best to go early as there's usually a queue later in the day.
