Hancock is a wonderful hospital. Their great emergency dept has been by and large terrific in helping me when my sometimes serious autoimmune disease issues have come up. In Dec of last year their emergency dept Drs saved my life by quickly diagnosing the congestive heart failure and pulmonary embolisms in my heart/lungs. Thanks to Hancocks quick response in getting me to St. Vincent's, where they have specialized equipment to deal with serious PE's, I am alive today. Thank you Hancock!
I was in the ER for about 3-4 hours Sunday due to severe stomach pains. Dr Robbins and the nurses taking care of me were amazing. Even 2 days after being there, I got a call about something else they found on a test they ran and got me taken care of asap. It makes me happy knowing they kept running tests even after being discharged. My experience Sunday put all the bad rumors about Hancock to rest. :)
