RecommendedBeen a while since we have had to use them but both times I can give a 10 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest. Wonderful care in the ER as well as surgery.
most unprofessional hospital i have ever been too and do not recommend to ANYBODY
This place is trash. Slow, they don’t care, rush you in and out. Or they have 7 different people who aren’t the doctor come in and you have to explain yourself to every single one of them who then report what you say to the dr and then you have to explain yourself again. Then the doctor will poke at whatever is hurting and tell you to take ibuprofen and send you home.
My husband went to be seen as he was suffering from dizziness so bad he could barely walk! I tested positive for covid and while my husband tested negative that was TWO WEEKS AGO. He has my same symptoms. He was told he did not have covid because he tested negative two weeks ago smh. The dr did not examine my husband he stood across the room (but he’s negative right??🙄) nor did they address the dizziness. We used 100% local for Chase’s open house this weekend! Thank you to Ty Hunt, his team and Hancock Regional for the brisket and pulled pork, it was the talk of the night! Defiantly a must use catering for your next event!
This hospital is trash. They will charge you for services you never received. They told us to send a letter in with reason of dispute, we did, they proceeded to send the bill to collections which has now obviously effected our credit. I know multiple other people that have had similar experiences there. Anything to gouge people for money. Will not be going there for anything ever again.
We have always had good experiences with HRH, and excellent care. But today was a spectacular event, My husband Steve Moore, is a Covid 19 survivor and was the first to be taken off the ventilator and released 3 days later!! We cannot thank you all enough for what you have done for us. Hoping some day soon we can come meet you and give you all a SUPER BIG HUG!! We will continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers!
Hancock Ortho went out of their way after my 3 year old fell and broke her leg. They stayed late and took care of her as well as the OR nurses at the surgery center!! Thanks for your kindness ♥️
