I love the cleanliness of the dealership and the lounge area. Also the outdoor sitting area.
Great people and very knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend them to friends. Subaru makes a great car.
Comfortable waiting area for service dept. No appointment necessary. Like looking at new Subarus while iam there.

After promising to redo the paint on our 2020 Forester hood I took the car at the agreed date/time but our salesman just happened to be off that day. No one else knew anything about my appmt and they did not have a loaner avail. Since then I have spoken to several employees but I cannot get anyone to Follow up on this. Never again....

I can't type my full review since this site limits, but TL;DR is: - They misled us about their 150+ inspection on used cars which didn't catch: The intermittent PCM issue (which ended up being a camshaft sensor, not a PCM), wiper pump not working, wheel clock spring broken (steering controls not working and airbag light on) - They sold us a Powertrain Plus warranty (their highest level warranty on used cars) that doesn't cover the Powertrain Control Module. 3 weeks ago I was told that you would replace my armrest and that you would call me when it's in. I AM STILL WAITING. And I have requested numerous times for someone to show me how to work STARLINKS, But again NO RESPONSE
