Kyle Nelson, sales representative, and Martin Couch, finance, are the best people to work with. Very fair trade value. Loved the experience so much our family wound up trading in both of our Hondas for new Subarus. Worth the drive from Savannah. My husband and I have been purchasing cars since the late 80's. They consistently tell you a length of time that your car will be in repair that is FAR LESS than the time it actually takes. Unfortunately, they never seem to complete the tasks which are listed on their checklist. You basically pay them for what is advertised and not for the actual tasks accomplished. I will never go back to this establishment...they have become a very disappointing organization.
Friendly, efficient, had a choice of the cars I wanted to review. Good experience. I hope my new car lasts 20 years like my 2005 Subaru Forester!
Everyone at this dealership was extremely professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions that I had about the new vehicle and my trade-in. They walked me through information that I was unsure of during financing and never once did they make me feel stupid.
We had a good experience at Hanania. From the sales manager, Charles, to salesmen Ian and Kyle, we were treated well. I ask a lot of questions and they had the answers. I did not feel pressured to buy and was happy with the deal we received. We went to the other Subaru dealership in town first and our salesman did not seem interested in selling us a car. I've already brought my car in for its 30 day service and a software update. My service advisor, Denise, was awesome!
I’ve bought 2 Subarus at the dealership came in for an oil change and they give me a good price on a new Outback and I do like my Outback. staff is very friendly and nice to work with. The dealership always kept clean and nice waiting room I come down from GA. To have my service done also
Three dissapointments with our service: 1) they had to order replacement parts (door edge cards) but the order dissappeared. And we were never called. So they were reordered again, still we were not called, so I called parts myself. 2) the item installed was totally unlike what was discribed. 3) it took them just over 2 hours to install the metal (hard door edge guards), which seems hard to believe.

We drove about 2 hours from Gainesville to shop at Hanania Subaru in Orange Park. We were in contact with 4 dealerships and Hanania had what we wanted and at the best price. When we arrived ALL the employees there treated us so well. We purchased a 2025 Blue Pearl Subaru Limited with both packages. This car has so much that I may never know how to use everything. lol They also gave us the price we wanted for our trade in. If you want a new car give our salesman Almir Torres a call. He is there to help you.
