I've only had bad experiences at the service department. They tried to charge me 3k for a service under warranty then took over a month to complete the repair. I had to go in 3 times for one service because they told me parts were in stock that were not. And to boot, the wash at the end has always left water spots. I'm done with Hanania Subaru.
Fast service that included my car washed and vacuumed. 30,000 mile service and new brakes.
Great service and sales. Will go back for next purchase. Very nice facility, nice lounge with coffee and snacks
They got my vehicle in for service immediately and kept me informed on what was needed as well as completely explaining the costs. They even provided me a loaner vehicle to use while my vehicle was in the shop, which turned out to only be a few hours.
They did a great job and in less time than I had planed. Thank you
Everyone was professional, courteous and extremely helpful at no time did I feel pressured the experience was Amazing ! John Gelles
Very Professional Team at Hanania! Always make sure everything is working and then verify the information is passed on!
good experience, was not a wonderful experience but better than most cars i have purchased
Kyle Nelson, sales representative, and Martin Couch, finance, are the best people to work with. Very fair trade value. Loved the experience so much our family wound up trading in both of our Hondas for new Subarus. Worth the drive from Savannah. My husband and I have been purchasing cars since the late 80's. This has been our best car buying experience ever! Thank you!
