Josh Stodel, our service manager, is always prompt and to the point what we need for service, very honest, respectful and caring. The entire service team are excellent and thorough. The car was returned after vacuuming and washing clean. I would whole heartedly recommend his service. He also provides rental car if needed. Using Subaru brand new car. We were in the market for a SUV and decided on the newly re designed 25 Subaru Forester Sport. We have bought 4 cars from Hanania Subaru previously so I called our sales rep Shawn Riegel and gave him our trade info and the financed number we needed to close the deal. The sales team worked with us and made it possible to make a deal. However, the finance department was not very knowledgeable when we closed and wasn't very helpful with us regarding the lengthy payoff procedure. Secondly, as of today 5 weeks later we still have not received the overpayment made on the loan. It not only took quite a while to pay off the trade, the loan with Vystar that which was made through Subara on the previous car sale was not a seamless payoff. This was our first purchase of a Subaru. We especially liked our salesman, Tyler Freund, who was most accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, flexible and who went the extra mile for us during and after the sale. We had him deliver our vehicle to our home and we appreciated that.
