I called to speak to both new and used car sales managers with a question about the car I purchased. They did not give me the courtesy of returning my calls. I reached out to my salesperson who tried to assist but management would not. Only giving 2 stars because of the salesperson. So much for being part of the Hanania family.
I was treated like family and all my needs were considered when buying and servicing my car. Best service in Jax!
I very satisfied with my purchase for my 2018 Jeep. Cody Gaetano was sale personal. He made it happen and with the terms that I could live with. When other deals told me no. Thank Cody you have made a sister for life.
Best buying experience ever! Kevin and Andrew were great to work with. Charles, the Sales Manager, was very nice and accommodating. They all spend a long time with each customer and they made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase.

Easy to make appts. Service reps are nice very & friendly. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Quick turnaround. Nice waiting area with coffee , snacks etc. Bathrooms spotless.
We have been waiting for a refund from them for 2,700. 00 for months and I keep getting excuses. I was annoyed they charged us 5.00 for tires and 1.50 for a battery fee on a brand new car but this is egregious.
I've only had bad experiences at the service department. They tried to charge me 3k for a service under warranty then took over a month to complete the repair. I had to go in 3 times for one service because they told me parts were in stock that were not. And to boot, the wash at the end has always left water spots. I'm done with Hanania Subaru.
