They got my vehicle in for service immediately and kept me informed on what was needed as well as completely explaining the costs. They even provided me a loaner vehicle to use while my vehicle was in the shop, which turned out to only be a few hours.

They consistently tell you a length of time that your car will be in repair that is FAR LESS than the time it actually takes. Unfortunately, they never seem to complete the tasks which are listed on their checklist. You basically pay them for what is advertised and not for the actual tasks accomplished. I will never go back to this establishment...they have become a very disappointing organization.
