Dr Clements is every patients dream of a doctor. She is kind, patient, very knowledgeable and a good listener. Also, clean office and friendly professional staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Clements multiple times a year for 4 years. She always listens to my concerns and does her best to help in any way.
I thought the staff was very professional and very courteous. They are always willing to help you out Dr. Clemeñts is a very compassionate doctor always willing to listen,
The office is a joke. You have a 11:00 appointment and still be waiting at 1:00 to be seen. When the doctor finally does come in she barely looked at my mother and just typed in information on a computer. Total time in the room 10 minutes. If I could rate this place less than a 1 I would.
Charge you even when you cancel
Dr. Clements is in her element! She cares for her patients. She cares about whole body health, mentally, physically, all of it. Her staff is amazing, caring, and helpful! Dr. Clements has changed my life and health. She listens to me and spends time with me. She wants me to be my best version of myself. What a refreshing change from most Dr.’s! Thank you, Dr. Clements!

I came to Lakeland in '76, being a diabetic I have gone thru 5 doctors until I found Dr Clements, I have been her patient for 5 years. I have found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and best of all she listens to what I have to say and offers advice when needed. What else would you want from a Dr?

Dr Hanah Clements, MD and Dr Alexander Mbakwem, MD, PA; Especially taking the time to School in the field of "HealthCare". These Two Doctor's Listen to their Patient's with Empathy, Expertise and Knowledge in many different areas of the Health Field; too many to list here. Along with their Staff, they assist us to stay healthy and in best interest of their patients!
