I have never had a better doctor and I have seen many in my lifetime. She's caring and intuitive. She'll be my doctor forever.
She listened to everything I told her she made recommendations and I was satisfied with her.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We waited for an hour before being called back for my dad’s first visit, even though there was only 1 other patient in the office. Then waited another 30 min or more before Dr Clements came into the exam room. It was obvious she had not reviewed my dad’s medical history which we had sent to the office prior to the visit, because I had to tell her everything. Fired her. If you are looking for a caring internist, don't go to her. She's vindictive and actually canceled my medicines that had been placed at the pharmacy after I met with her. She doesn't listen and as a registered nurse for 50 years, I've never experienced this kind of bias and poor medical care. I was in a mva admitted ICU TRAUMA. "Not even worth one star." Pay very close attention to all the negative reviews about this "Doctor". They are the truth being told about her. She thinks her profession makes her above everyone else. She's extremely rude, dismissive, and egocentric. If you question her, she tells you "You're welcome to find another Doctor." Or she'll tell you "you have too many issues going on" and refuses to listen to you or get you the proper testing or referrals. The staff is so unprofessional and uncaring. I was released from the hospital and informed to ask Primary care physician for a referral to a specialist at my after hospital follow up visit two weeks after my release which I did. After a couple of weeks called back and Kristi stated she was never told about the referral but that she would get on it. I was a patient of Dr. Clements for a year. My visit yesterday will be my last. Clinic consistently runs late. Not just 10 or 15 minutes, but hours. My appointment was at 11:10, I finally saw her at approximately 1:25. This is not an isolated incident, it is always the case and my wife has had the same issue.
