I have had a recent property viewing of a maisonette at Hamptons, Hampstead branch and liaised with Mark Gulrajani - sales representative. Though, the transaction could not proceed further after an offer due to property was under chain, still I really appreciated the honestly, helpfulness and prompt response of Hamptons and particularly, of Mark Gulrajani. Mark Gulrajani is a fantastic agent. We saw 35 different properties through roughly 25 different agents and Mark was easily our favourite agent. Ed and Mark were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Communication was always great, their advice was spot on, and they genuinely cared about getting the right result for us.
