I would not recommend Hamptons. The work takes forever, and most of it is done poorly. I have people coming to my apartment every week just to fix something because nothing ever gets done properly the first time. It feels like you don’t even have control over the apartment you pay rent for, as they constantly schedule visits. On top of that, there are endless unnecessary emails asking for permission to enter, even after repeatedly explaining that we already know the process.
