I rented a room in the area in January via Hamptons of Belsize Park and found the agency to be very helpful. Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.
Great experience with Hamptoms as we were looking for a flat to rent. Shayan was friendly and helpful helping us going through the whole process, and we have now secured a flat we are happy with and have been warmly welcomed into.
I strongly advise you NOT TO USE Hamptons as agents on your sale. I sold my property through Hamptons within the last few months and found them to be incompetent, lacking in moral character and professionalism throughout the sales process. I bought my flat in Belsize Park through Mark at Hamptons. He was really helpful, gave great advice and really supported both the seller and I through the process.
