Hamptons recently sold the family home in Windsor and did an excellent job on our behalf. Jan represented us and marketed the house very skilfully, generating a great deal of interest at a time when the market is sluggish. She communicated with us regularly and clearly, both by phone and by email, responded promptly to any queries, and kept us in the picture. She was also proactive in chasing people and dealing with delays further down the chain. We can thoroughly recommend her.
I recently purchased a property and was fortunate to have Jan as the lead agent. My experience with Hamptons, was consistently extremely disappointing. As a tenant I paid my rent in full and on time every month, yet was met with poor communication, delays, and a general lack of responsiveness and accountability throughout my tenancy.
