I called to enquire about a house put up for sale sale to arrange a viewing, it took me 10mins to explain to the lady on the phone the address and price before she can find it in her system. Further to this, she kept asking about how I heard about them and took all my personal info and just put me off! I don’t think they know what they are doing and all the negative reviews here are actually genuine!
