We recently used Hamptons to list and sell our house for us. Two other agencies had been unsuccessful getting people through the door, and we'll never know if Hamptons could have got us more people, as the first person they showed round bought the house! What we can tell you is that from that point forward Zoe's comms were outstanding, and when it came to the crunch at the end, Zoe really put the extra effort in to make sure we got the sale over the line.
