We have found the Hamptons, Henley team ( Ben, Ceri and Jake) to be great to work with through the purchasing process. They are professional, helpful and human. We have valued their local market knowledge, patience and advice over the last few months as the market has become more difficult. They have dealt with our change of decision very sympathetically and graciously which is much appreciated. We would highly recommend buying or selling through Hamptons, Henley and the super team there.
Unbelievably poor service. I enquired via Rightmove regarding a property for sale in Henley. No reply for four days, so I emailed the Henley Branch directly. I was then told they would love to make a viewing however the property was under offer, despite it still showing for sale on Rightmove and their website. I emailed them three weeks later as the property was still for sale in their Henley shop window and online, and I have still not had a response after four days. Hamptons were thorough and organised in finding a buyer for my property. Cerys in particular is a warm and skilled negotiator who provides excellent personal support and advice during the sales process.
