I was initially drawn in by the listing stating “50% off a month’s rent”, but it turned out the offer had already expired. Yet, it was still being shown in the listing. The flat was not professionally cleaned when I moved in, there was no heating in the bedroom throughout the entire tenancy and there was a bird infestation right above the flat. If you want to rent or buy a house in Greenwich choose the Hamptons. All personnel are kind and helpful. My personal assistant ( he really was) was Robert Stubbs. He was helping me and my son all the way. With the bank, with the landlord, with the paper work, with the computer, (To be honest he was doing it), and the house is really nice, spaces, affordable, close to the university, and with excellent view.
