Jon Kirby valued our home and we followed his advice and went with the valuation. He introduced us to the team who were all very enthusiastic and obtained around 10 viewings in the first 2 weeks ,which led to two serious offers and a sale at above the asking price through sealed bids. We wish to thank Hamptons for determinedly steering through the sale of our leasehold flat which had stayed unsold for a year in a difficult market. The sale itself was not without its complications but the team of Jonathan and Caroline dealt with them adroitly. And we must not forget to mention James in his role of eminence grise.
