Excellent support from Hamptons throughout the sale process including the rapid path to finding a buyer - instructed on Tuesday, photos Wednesday, brochure Thursday, live Friday morning sold Friday afternoon. And then the hard work began smoothing the passage from Memorandum of Sale to Exchange of Contracts. Very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with and reassuring voices when things became wobbly. Absolute chaos trying to get a valuation on my late father's flat in Bath: 'Phoned the Bath office, to get through to the London office, who told me the Bath office would call me back to arrange. London office called back to tell me that the Bath office would call me. London office then called again and booked evaluation. Yoanna at Hamptons went above & beyond, to say the least. When we couldn't get to our rental to meet our Waitrose delivery, she showed up & put our groceries away. At every step she was kind, professional, good-humored, and an excellent communicator. There were a few bumps that had nothing to do with Hamptons that everyone there handled beautifully, but Yoanna was beyond beyond.
