In July 2025 we encountered Hamptons for the first viewing of a Cottage on which we successfully completed in October. The Office Staff and viewing advisors were all very helpful both as to the Cottage and to background details of the Village and the surrounding area. I’ve been pretty disappointed with Hamptons’ handling of my sale. The marketing felt lacklustre/reactive and despite months on the market, very little genuine momentum was created. When I raised concerns, the response felt defensive rather than solution-focused. After nearly a year, I feel I’ve wasted valuable time with little to show for it.
