I don't know what's happened to this company. About 6 years ago we went to them to fit out most of our house with carpet. The owner then gave excellent service, polite, nothing too much trouble. We remembered him very well and what a nice bloke he was. So we thought we'd go back to them last week for an insurance/flood job to replace damaged carpet. I was very disappointed yesterday with the response from (I assume) the manager. I was told 'they don't do insurance quotes', this despite being assured by (his son?) last week t... read more
