I was recently on a trip to Sandbridge from PA, and on my way there my Equinox decided to make a weird noise. I called several Chevy dealerships and the only one willing to help me out was Mike from Hampton Chevrolet. He accommodated me immediately. I took my car in for service Monday morning and had it back the very next day just in time to drive back home to PA. Mike was great to work with!!! Thank you to the white team, and anyone else that was involved in getting me back in my car, and home safely right on time!!!
My experience with Hampton Chevrolet was great. I purchase a used car from Mark who was very helpful and kept me posted every step of the way while my car was being prepared for me. I even received a follow up call the next day to make sure that I'm just as happy after the sale as I was before.
Took my car in Saturday my team does not work on Saturday waited till Monday did not get a call from them until 1pm was told it was my transmission 1.500.00 to get fixed. The car has warranty on drive train this so called warranty has done nothing for me in 5 days still waiting had to pay for my own rental I will never buy a car from Hampton Chevrolet again and tell my friends and family the same thing

Hate this woman on the blue team every time I go there i have a problem with her, she stared by tell me my Marker light is out and how much it would cost when I said no thanks then she came back with i miss understood him they are just Dem what the fuck.
