Never buy a car from here !!!!!! I've literally had my car for a year and have had nothing but problems with it ... from worn hoses, to the spark plugs being the wrong kind for this car, to now I have a oil leak that apparently being leaking for awhile .... You buy a car from a dealership , you expect to not have to worry about it literally breaking down every single month ... On Friday 10/28/16 my husband and I went to Hampton Chevrolet just to get an idea of what kind of car he wanted that was good on gas but still very stylish. As we walked the lot Mr. Jimmy Trefny greeted us immediately introduced himself asked us about our selves to get to know us before even bringing up cars. I'm pretty satisfied. Dropped the truck off to repair the side mirrors, they had the part in stock and were able to return the truck back to me next day. Their customer service was great and the work looks awesome. Definitely bring the truck back again.
This place is great! I went in with a trade in and got approved on their Credit Rebuilding Program! My credit score is 545 and they we're able to get me in a nice vehicle. People here are very courteous and work hard to accomodate your needs. I highly recommend Hampton Chevrolet ! Shout out to Mr. Mark Marvuglio for taking the time to listen, and accomodate our needs for a vehicle. Great service man! If you know anyone who is in need of a vehicle, you would want to stop here first!
My husband and i went in to Hampton Chevrolet to get our windows serviced and came out paying more than we expected, I also sat in the dealership from 9am to 12:45 pm. They took it upon their self to give our car a Diagnostic Check and charged us an extra 100$. I've been trying to reach someone in order to get this issue resolved and no one seems to care about the the situation now because they have our money. My Husband is in the Navy and being the we just got to this duty station our time at Hampton Chevy was very bad.
Thank you to Carmelle for the best car buying experience. She won me over with her wonderful attitude, smile and always full of joy. The car buying experience was not stiff or bored it was certainly a happy experience for me. Thank you Carmelle and everyone at the dealership.
