Well, brought my truck in for service at 830 am this morning, it needed an oil change tire rotation and I guess 4 recalls to fix. I have not had an update on how things are going after 5 hrs have now passed and am frustrated with it all. I know things take time to fix and program but a whole day shot. Yes I could have of opted to just do oil and tires but when you buy something new its not supposed to have that many recalls, so they needed fixed. As a family we have purchased 8 cars from Hampton Chevrolet (new & used). Jim Gosley is our service representative and he is awesome as well as the service technicians!!!
After a not so pleasant initial visit - the employees of Hampton Chevy followed up with us several times over the next few days in order to make amends. My husband and I returned in person to Hampton Chevy and really felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. Our sales person Bob Powers was excellent - well informed.
