Make sure you read the fine print on everything. We were told we get free oil changes for life buying a car here. One of the reasons we went here vs. other dealerships in the area. We’ve gotten a few since then, but we moved 4 hours away. We were due for an oil change so we planned a trip to the area to see an old friend and get the free oil change. They tried to get us to pay for a tire rotation which we had done for free at a place we got our tires down in NC before coming so they said it voids out getting free oil changes... read more

Dropped off my SUV for some work this weekend. Got a call this morning telling me I had a busted water pump and that to replace it would be $330 and $480 to replace it and get a fluid flush. I opted to not get the fluid flush right now and again was given the $330 figure. Get a call back a few hours later telling me that my SUV is ready and that I owe over $600.
