My experience was 5/5. Arturo was great and if anybody that is looking for a vehicle I will 100% recommend this dealership!
Poor communication. The vehicle was at the location for more than a week total and the issue still was not fixed. No one called or followed up..this has happened on several occasions. Would not recommend. I went with Chevy because I had a great experience at another local Chevy dealership. Purchased several cars from them. Recently moved closer to this dealership and regrettably purchased my vehicle here. Very disappointed at the lack of care.
Monse was very helpful showing us the trucks we wanted to look at. Her knowledge and professionalism sold their business to us. Highly recommend, Monse and Joey are a great team.
She was very friendly and kind .. she explained everything great , and got me through the process on which car was the best fit for me !
