Had my underneath back braces broken and was concerned about it. The team at the clinic was very kind and helpful that got me an appointment out of hours so that I wouldn’t have other problems. I will suggest the clinic to anyone that need a orthodontist Very please THANKS

I won’t be returning. I’ve been here about three times to get my retainer sorted. A new wire costs £350–£380 — I’ve paid this twice after mine broke (after 5–8 years), and before that I had it done abroad. This time, after just 15 months, the bottom wire lost its glue on two teeth. Reattaching it cost £150. The guarantee is only 12 months, so they refused any goodwill adjustment. My son used to go to Eastman dental hospital. He has braces when he was 12 After he was discharged from the hospital a few years later he needs new braces. I was looking everywhere but just by chance I came across this Hampstead Orthodontist practice They were very helpful and caring to my son and he got his new braces the fit perfectly. He is so happy I would recommend them for the after care too! Nothing is to much bother. Thank you all for the great care.
