Great service
A huge shout out to Mr. CHRIS PURCELL. He is very dedicated in his job, repairs wheelchairs of the people we support very well and goes the extra mile. Even if we just informed him about the damage on the same day he was very kind enough to check his van if there are any spare he can use. He is very knowledgeable in his job and does it very well. The best ever engineer who visited Kingfisher. Veru patient, kind and dedicated.
It is a brilliant place with staff who are so welcoming and kind with so many smiles. The parking is fantastic as the space allocated with more room on the sides and at the back. The rooms for appointments are spacious and calming with colours being a relaxing and gentle for the walls and flooring. I cannot fault my experience at all.
Absolutely appalling service they have left my wife stuck without a wheelchair for 5 weeks & still waiting I don’t know why this company which by the looks of the .gov site are swapping names backwards & forwards as they are also known as Millbrook Health care were awarded the NHS contract they have no care in the world for disabled people we tried to speak to the complaints manager who is not the sort of person who should deal with disabled people!
