Good morning. I would like to share my very frustrating experience with the Hampshire property company . Whilst their tradesmen are good and conscientious the office staff , and the 2 people that deal with the insurance side , that apparently answer to nobody , are rude , unhelpful and disrespectful. I truly recommend that you stay clear of them . No wonder they only have 2 stars reviews.

I had a lovely man from HPS come to do my flooring after another company had massively messed my kitchen up. He was so sympathetic and has really helped with fighting my case. I wish all the work in my rental house would have been done by HPS as they don’t cut corners and are honest with you from the word go.
