I was referred to Darren by a consultant neuro surgeon who had been treating me for acute cervical disc degeneration in my neck causing nerve impingement in my head and upper neck area. I was in a really bad way, taking lots of strong pain killers and also had two guided steroid and cortisone nerve injections to the area. Working at a desk was virtually impossible. Excellent all round. Not only Recommended by my surgeon but used by him as well. No better endorsement of what Darren offers than that. Facilities offered are also first class. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that asks.

Excellent service from Darren. He diagnosed the problem, gave me exercises (which I did with the help of the online phone app he supplied, which had useful videos, timers etc to help remember and do the exercises to time). By the second appt I was cured of something that had plagued me for months.

Brilliant experience. Darren is patient, thorough and obviously a specialist. He’s helped me to improve and manage a number musculoskeletal issues. He’s also very friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend
