So for you to imply we didn't know isn't accurate, we hadn't serviced the vehicle yet. This particular vehicle, which we let you take to your mechanic - needed a $2 oil seal, which we replaced along with a rusted minor suspension component (both considered normal replacement parts on a 9 year old vehicle). We contacted the dealer by phone, and he informed us that some one was waiting to see if they could get financing. He contacted us once after to keep us informed about the situation, and called to tell us the car was sold. We have bought a car from another dealer, but would definitely recommend Hampden Trading Co to others!
