So for you to imply we didn't know isn't accurate, we hadn't serviced the vehicle yet. This particular vehicle, which we let you take to your mechanic - needed a $2 oil seal, which we replaced along with a rusted minor suspension component (both considered normal replacement parts on a 9 year old vehicle).
