I had a great experience with Eddie at Hampden Trading Company. They're a small, off the beaten path used car dealer. Every step of the process was easy and the car I was looking at was in excellent condition. I ended up buying it outright. Eddie took care of the rest. Thank you!

Very easy to deal with and great customer service. Very open about cars and when asked to fix a few minor things before purchasing it was taken care of
First reached out about a 2016 Forester but never got a response. Went there anyway because they had other vehicles of interest. The 2016 had sold... but we liked the 2015 also. Ended up making 3 trips there because they don't do online registration with CT DMV. David was a good salesman. A lot of back and forth driving could have been streamlined if they updated their system.
